Permentum will manage private investment funds. The capital will be committed over long periods of time to ensure that legal expenses for each case are available when needed.
Permentum will register its activities with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
Permentum is not dependent on the whims of public market investors in order to secure its capital.
Each serial fund will have its own dedicated pool of money for commitments during the investment period. Permentum will seek high-quality institutional investors with extended investment time horizons.
